Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using the Blip Roasters app, ordering ahead, events, and related services.

Acceptance of these terms

By using the Blip Roasters app, you agree to these terms and any additional policies shown in the app, including the Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the app. You can still visit Blip Roasters in person without using the app.

Accounts and sign in

Some features require an account, including order history, RSVP management, push notifications, and profile features. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app only for yourself or with permission from the person you are helping.

Ordering ahead

Menu availability, prices, modifiers, taxes, discounts, and pickup timing may change. The app validates orders against the current catalog before checkout, but availability can still change while an order is being prepared.

After you submit and pay for an order, the cafe may begin preparing it right away. Review your cart, pickup time, and special instructions before payment.

Blip Roasters may cancel or adjust an order if an item is unavailable, payment fails, an order appears fraudulent, or fulfillment is not possible.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. By paying in the app, you also agree to Square terms that apply to payment processing.

The app does not store full payment card numbers. Receipts, payment status, and order summaries may be stored so we can support your purchase and display order history.

Events and RSVPs

Event details are synced from the Blip Roasters events calendar and may change. RSVPs help us plan capacity, but they do not guarantee entry if an event reaches capacity, requires tickets, or has separate venue rules.

If you cannot attend, please cancel your RSVP in the app when available so another guest can join.

Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we may send service notifications such as order status updates. You can disable notifications in your profile or through your device settings.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with app security, attempt unauthorized access, abuse ordering systems, scrape data, submit harmful content, or use the app in a way that could harm Blip Roasters, customers, staff, partners, or the community.

Third-party services

The app depends on third-party services for payments, hosting, data storage, authentication, email, notifications, analytics, and event content. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Blip Roasters is not responsible for outages, delays, or changes caused by third-party services, but we will work to restore app functionality when issues affect customers.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also update these terms as features, operations, laws, or provider requirements change.

The latest terms will be posted in the app with the updated date shown above.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blip Roasters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the app.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
